Who doesnt love when their moms and dads come visit? Especially when they spoil your baby(s) rotten...
Grandma Val and Grandpa Mark {My parents} came to visit from Idaho yesterday! It was a spur of the moment trip, and I had just found out yesterday morning.
Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like your house needs to be emaculatly clean and tidy when family comes...especially mom...I feel that way + 1000! So im kinda a clean freak around Austin Zoee, picking up all their little messes all day. I thrive on getting approval that our home looks lovely and clean and smells like a yummy candle {Berrys & cream to be exact}. It just makes me feel accomplished and that they know were doing good!
Its fun watching Grams and Gramps help out so much with the babes...makes you think "Wow, they were parents too, and raised us kids!". ...We actually survived!....OOOkkk Ill trust you with my kid. Ha.
Its cute to watch them interact together. Even if their not doing it "just the way you do it"...their still actively participating in their life. And im grateful for that.
The beloved bath time. She loves it. We love doing it. Its a win win situation!
And then its time to say our Goodbyes and until next times. We sure love when grandparents come to visit. To watch them with your baby, to just watch them play with them and think "Man, we made one cute baby!".
Even though they swear when they say "Naw I didnt give her a drink"...
